This Privacy Policy applies from December 5, 2024.

PEARED LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this policy. This policy describes the types of information we collect from you, or that you provide when you use the Peared mobile application ("App"), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This Privacy Policy applies to websites, apps, events, and other services we operate under the Peared brand.

If one of our services requires a separate privacy policy, that separate policy will control for that service.

We collect data you provide directly: - Account data such as phone number, email, and date of birth. - Profile data such as gender, interests, preferences, and approximate location. - Content you share, including photos, videos, audio, text, and chats. - Purchase data such as purchase type, date, and amount. - Marketing and survey responses. - Customer support information and moderation-related information.

We collect data generated through use of the service: - Usage data, including in-app activity and interactions. - Technical data, including IP address, device ID/type, settings, crashes, and ad identifiers.

With your permission, we may collect: - Geolocation data (latitude and longitude). - Face geometry data for features such as selfie verification. - Government ID data where verification is needed.

4. Account and Data Deletion Requests

To request deletion of your account and personal data, email info@peared.io with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address tied to your account.

After receiving your request, we may verify identity, process deletion within 30 days (or sooner where required by law), and notify you when complete.

Certain data may be retained where required or permitted by law, including fraud prevention and legal compliance.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our service may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, and service performance.

Some third-party content or services may also use tracking technologies. We do not control those third-party tracking practices.

Our service is intended only for individuals age 18 and older. We do not knowingly allow individuals under 18 to use the service.
