We’re bringing together movement, recovery, and community for an evening designed to help you reset, meet new people, and have a really good time doing it.
Join us at Atlas Brew Works for a partner workout, followed cold plunge recovery with Plunge Mile, and a relaxed social hour over locally brewed beers and bites.
This is not just a workout, it’s a full experience built around connection, energy, and recovery.

- Attendees must be 21+.
- No refunds within 48 hours of the event's start time. Refund requests made before then are reviewed case by case.
- Entry is subject to venue capacity and house rules.
- We aim to keep events safe and welcoming. Harassment, discrimination, or unwanted advances toward attendees or staff may result in removal without refund.
- If attendance does not reach 20 people or the gender ratio is significantly unbalanced, we may cancel the event and issue full refunds unless the event is intentionally structured that way. You will be notified at least 24 hours in advance.
- In circumstances beyond our control, the event may be rescheduled or cancelled.
- Photos and videos may be taken for promotional use. Let a team member know if you prefer not to be featured.
